According to annual report, net revenue of the company grew 21.769 billion soums in 2009 to 23.469 billion soums in 2010. Prime cost grew from 19.155 billion soums to 20.109 billion soums in the reporting period.

Gross profit of the company made up 3.359 billion soums in 2010 against 2.614 billion soums in 2009. Expenses grew from 2.924 billion soums in 2009 to 2.96 billion soums in 2010.

Income from main activity grew from 192.894 million soums to 577.177 million soums in the reporting period. Income from financial activity reached 74.207 million soums in 2010 compared to 19.168 million soums in 2009. Expenses from financial activity rose from 375.153 million soums in 2009 to 444.551 million soums in 2010.

Assets of Yaygiyol yog’-moy grew from 11.796 billion soums in 2009 to 15.715 billion soums in 2010. Long-term assets increased from 7.524 billion soums in 2009 to 8.524 billion soums in 2010. Current assets made up 7.192 billion soums in 2010 against 4.272 billion soums in 2009.

Own capital of the company rose from 5.783 billion soums to 7.001 billion soums in the reporting period. The charter capital reached 2.46 billion soums in 2010 against 1.072 billion soums in 2009.

Liabilities of the company exceeded 8.714 billion soums in 2010 compared to 6.06 billion soums in 2009.

Yaygiyol yog’-moy produced goods for 20.965 billion soums in comparable prices in 2010, which is 7% more year-on-year.

In 2010, the enterprise processed 56,695 tonnes of industrial cotton seeds, in the result it produced 10,925 tonnes of unrefined cotton oil, 25,193 tonnes of cotton waste and 18,269 tonnes of husks. In 2010, the enterprise produced 4,517 tonnes of laundry soaps and 1,921 tonnes of distillate of fat acids.

The company produced deodorized refined cotton oil at the volume of 4,866 tonnes and packed refined cotton oil at the volume of 4,864 tonnes in 2010.

The company purchased 2,912.2 tonnes of soya beans from Brazil on preferential loans and produced 527 tonnes of unrefined soya oil and 2,201 tonnes of soya waste. The enterprise also processed untraditional oil seeds – seeds of safflower at the volume of 1,012 tonnes and sunflower – 235 tonnes. In the result, the enterprise produced 213.4 tonnes of safflower oil, 72 tonnes of sunflower oil, 95 tonnes of sunflower waste, 726 tonnes of safflower waste and 44 tonnes of sunflower husks.

In 2010, the company carried out significant work on re-equipment of the capacities. The company used 708 million soums of investments compared to 700 million soums planned volume.

In 2010, the enterprise realized ready products and rendered industrial services for 23.443 billion soums. It also exported 330 tonnes of laundry soaps.

In 2011, the enterprise is planning to process 58,000 tonnes of industrial cotton seeds and 2,000 tonnes of imported raw materials, including untraditional oil seeds – 1,475 tonnes of safflower and 300 tonnes of sunflower seeds. The company plans to increase laundry soap production up to 5,100 tonnes and export 500 tonnes of them. It is planned that the enterprise will receive 1.024 billion soums of net income in 2011.

Yaygiyol yog’-moy OJSC specializes on processing technical seeds and non-traditional oil cultures, as well as produces soap. The plant is located at Yangiyul city, Tashkent region. The enterprise is member of the Association of Oil, Fat and Food Industry of Uzbekistan.
