Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Officials from the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Egypt held negotiations with the manager of the Egyptian textile factory Elvan, which produces products for the brand LC Waikiki.

Following the negotiations, the Egyptian side announced that it was looking for partners to purchase yarn from Uzbekistan.

It is known that Egypt is also one of the large textile countries, where the industry’s share is 27% of the total industry. In this regard, Egyptian manufacturers are interested in importing yarn, fabrics and linen.

The Egyptian textile delegation, during visits to Uzbekistan organized by the Uztekstilprom Association, became closely acquainted with its modern textile production, in particular, with spinning factories and enterprises producing fabrics and linens.
