“Karshi is already the ninth city in Uzbekistan where Yandex Go has become available. We believe that city residents will appreciate the convenience of the service. In the application, immediately after ordering a car, the model, car number and waiting time are visible. We also have a support service that can be quickly contacted in the application,” says Mirzokhid Salikhov, Yandex Go regional manager.

The maximum price of the trip is known to users at the time of ordering the car - you just need to enter the destination address in the application. The price will not change if the driver has to deviate from the route due to road repairs. You can pay for the trip in cash and by card.

Yandex Go uses its own technologies: routing, navigation, smart order distribution system. In addition, since April, drivers and passengers have been provided with an additional insurance program for the duration of their trips.

Yandex Go was launched in Uzbekistan in April 2018. The service is already operating in Tashkent, Fergana, Nukus, Margilan, Namangan, Andijan, Samarkand, Kokand, Bukhara. Yandex Go does not have its own drivers and cars. The service cooperates with local carriers. The free app is available for iOS and Android in Uzbek, Russian and many other languages.
