Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 13 October, the Russian airline Yamal was unable to operate a flight on the Moscow-Namangan-Moscow route. This was reported by the press service of Uzbekistan Airports.
“On 13 October, the plane of the Russian airline Yamal with 220 passengers on board was supposed to fly to Namangan from Domodedovo airport at 15:40 Moscow time. However, the charter flight did not take place. The airline did not receive the appropriate permission from the regulatory body, the Uzaviatsia Agency,” Uzbekistan Airports notes.
Namangan International Airport has nothing to do with the cancellation of flights. The airport staff explained the situation to the passengers, who were supposed to take a return flight from Namangan to Moscow at 23:00 Tashkent time.
