The company added that it registered a prospectus of emission of new shares on 21 October 2011.

In line with the emission, Xalqaro Hamkorlik Markazi will issue 10,535,063 ordinary shares with par value of 1,190 soums. Total volume of the emission makes up 12.537 billion soums.

The shares of the issue will be placed on close subscription among shareholders through replacement of old shares with par value of 1,184 soums to new ones with nominal value of 1,190 soums.

The company said that the part of the shares for 12.473 billion soums were paid on par value and other part for 63.21 million soums will be paid due to undistributed net income for 2010.
