The agreement allows passengers of Windrose to purchase tickets to Uzbekistan Havo Yollari flights and the Uzbek airline passengers can get tickets to Ukrainian airline’s flights.

Windrose was founded in 2003. The fleet of the company has two MD-82 aircrafts and two Embraer-195 airplanes.

Uzbekistan Havo Yollari was founded in 1992 and it is fully owned by the Government of Uzbekistan. The airline has Boeing 757-200, Boeing 767-300-ER, A 310-200, RJ-95, Tu-154, Il 114-200 and Il 76-TD.
