The “Week of fine arts of Uzbekistan” will be held for the first time in Tashkent on 21-25 April, the local newspapers reported.

According to the Arts Academy of Uzbekistan, the “Week of fine arts of Uzbekistan” is full with interesting and manifold events.

The artistic exhibitions, master-classes, creative meetings, book fairs on national arts are also scheduled in town.

Television films and motion pictures on the life and activities of the talented artists, maters-craftsmen, who had contributed to the development of the Uzbek fine arts, are due for demonstration during the week.

The arts lovers, students and foreign guests may witness the making of works at the Central Exhibition Hall of the Academy.
