The Silk Road played a key role in history of the world. Ideas, cultural traditions, religions and goods moved from East to West.

The viewers of the programme will familiarize with Silk Road routes, architecture of Samarkand and Bukhara, as well as meet craftsmen, poets and musicians.

Travel to Samarkand with high speed train will show that Uzbekistan is modern country, focusing to future, Uzbektourism said.

It is expected that the film will be shown by BBC in February 2016.
