Victor Karpenko of Quruvchi Tashkent will replace mid-fielder Mansur Saidov of Neftchi Ferghana in Uzbekistan squad for Asian Cup, which will be held next month.

Mansur Saidov was examined after the match of Neftchi with Pakhtakor Tashkent and it was revealed that he has problems with liver (ferment norm was fourfold higher).

Uzfootball.com, official website of the Uzbek Football Federation, said Karpenko will replace Saidov in Uzbekistan team. Uzbekistan head coach Rauf Inileev said Karpenko is able to replace Saidov and he can play in several positions.
