Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Unicorn Battle startup competition was held in Tashkent, as reported by the press service of the Ministry of Digital Technologies.
Over 120 teams submitted applications for the event, and 18 projects presenting a minimum viable product (MVP) had the opportunity to showcase their solutions before a jury of experts, who assessed their scaling potential.
The winner of the competition was the HR management startup Verifix. Azma Finance secured second place, while Tilmoch took third place.
Verifix offers a solution for time tracking, workforce data collection, and accelerated hiring based on a SaaS model. The winning team will represent Uzbekistan at the global stage of the Unicorn Cup in Silicon Valley.
Azma Finance, the runner-up, is an automated accounting platform designed for small businesses, with features simplifying tax calculations and financial reporting.
Completing the top three is Tilmoch, an online money transfer service powered by artificial intelligence and focused on Turkic languages.
