Toshshahartranshizmat Association said that the Czech company delivered last six trams of Vario LF to Tashkent.

The association said that trams will start to serve passengers in Tashkent in the beginning October 2012 after passing all customs procedures and assembly works.

Earlier, the Czech Republic supplied fourteen trams of Vario LF to the Uzbek capital city.

Toshshahartranshizmat Association and Pragoimex a.s. signed a contract on supply of 20 trams to Tashkent on 2 June 2011.

Vario LF tram is designed for 140 people in average. Middle door has low-floor and ramp. Tram has electronic driving system, which allows to save 30-40% of electricity. Trams can work in any weather conditions and at energy gap from 400 to 500 volts.
