Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Greco-Roman wrestlers from Uzbekistan, Aram Vardanian and Rustam Assakalov, are in contention for bronze medals at the Paris Olympics.

Aram Vardanian, competing in the 77 kg weight category, defeated Abdelkrim Oukali from Algeria and will now face Malxas Amoyan from Armenia in the bronze medal match.

Rustam Assakalov, competing in the 97 kg category, won against Seong Jun Kim from South Korea. He will compete for the bronze medal against Gabriel Kindelan from Cuba.
