Kirill Podlipchik will continue his work at VimpelCom (Russia), owner of Unitel, at the post of Director on management of affiliated and venture companies.

Acting Unitel director-general Andrei Anisimov said: “Valeriy already has contributed to development of Unitel’s financial direction. Under his leadership, treasury service was formed in line with VimpelCom standards. I am sure that his experience and professionalism of Valeriy and his focus on budiness development in Uzbekistan can help the company achieve high results.”

Valeriy Yakushin said finance management in integration of mobile and fix communication segment is serious and ambitious task. He said the main priority is further improving business efficiency. “Besides, we have task to simplify and diversify payment system for mobile and broadband Internet service. I am sure, service development in this direction will strengthen our market positions,” he said.

Valeriy Yakushin was born on 11 December 1970 in Leningrad region. In 1992, he graduated Tashkent Agrarian University. He obtained master decree in economics of Tashkent State Economy University in Banking Affaris.

He worked at National Bank of Uzbekistan, Turonbank and Kapitalbank. In May 2006, he moved to United as head of treasure operations. In March 2007, he was appointed to the post of head of treasury service. Last year, he worked as head of budget planning, analysis and management reporting department.
