Answering to question of Sport-Express why Ravshan Irmatov become one of the best referees in the world, Ivanov said that he can serve as an example for his attitude to business.

He said that Irmatov loves football and refereeing and place of birth plays no role.

Valentin Ivanov underlined that his intention to high quality of refereeing did not change in last ten years.
