Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan’s canoeist Vadim Menkov claimed the second place at Men’s C1 500 meter competitions of the World Championship in Duisburg, Germany.

In the final, two times world champion Vadim Menkov finished the second with the time 01:51.939 at the World Championship.

Isaquias Queiroz Dos Santos of Brazil was first with time 1:50:94 and Erik Leue was the third with 1:53:032.
