Vitaliy Stolyarov, director of recruiting portal Superjob.uz, which is general HR-partner of Bank Expo-2011, said: “The Fair of Vacancies is held to establish dialogue between employers and jobseekers in banking-finance sector. We want to creation conditions for successful functioning of labour market as a whole and separately by sectors.”

The fair visitors will be able to familiarize with vacancies of over 50 large financial and insurance companies, as well as banks.

The organizers said that to visit the fair, jobseekers should bring their resumes from Superjob.uz website and visit the expositions of the companies.

Within the fair, it is planned to organize roundtable for employers “Peculiarities of recruiting personnel for organizations of financial-economic system of Uzbekistan: hunt for bulls and bears” and master class “Successful vacancy announcement – first step to motivation of future employees”.

Another master class will be organized for jobseekers, who will get acquainted with writing successful resume.

The organizers of Bank Expo 2011 exhibition is Central Bank of Uzbekistan. The event was organized at the partnership of Uzbekistan Banking Association, Association of IT organizations of Uzbekistan at official support of the committee of Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan on information-communication technologies. The exhibition is held for the second time and it attracts large number of financial organizations of Uzbekistan, including credit unions, insurance companies and other financial institutions.
