General shareholders meeting of Uzqishloqmashlizing distributed net income of 2010 at the size 2.275 billion soums.

In particular, Uzqishloqmashlizing will direct 1.096 billion soums to payment of dividends for 2010.

The company will pay 220 soums of dividends for ordinary share (10% of par value of shares) and 550 soums for preferential shares (25%).

The company said that total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, is 4.93 million ordinary shares and 20,000 preferential shares. The par value of shares is 2,200 soums.

The company added that it will pay dividends with money resources.

Shareholders of the company also directed 113.745 million soums for formation of reserve fund and 600 million soums to finance leasing operations. The company allocated 465.557 million soums to strengthening material-technical base of the company and other internal expenses.
