Uzpromstroybank to place bonds for 10 billion soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Open joint stock commercial bank Uzpromstroybank (Uzbek Industrial and Construction Bank) will place corporate bonds for 10 billion soums.
The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered a prospectus of emission on 10 August 2012.
Within the emission, the bank will place 100,000 corporate bonds with par value of 100,000 soums each.
Maturity term of the bonds is 3,640 calendar days. The coupon is equal to refinancing rate of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan, which is equal to 12% APR. The coupon will be paid each quarter.
