The decision on placement of bonds was registered by the Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market of Uzbekistan on 29 December 2010.

Within the emission, the bank will pace 280,000 subordinated corporate bonds with nominal value of 100,000 soums each. Total emission of the bonds makes up 28 billion soums.

The bank plans to make preliminary placement of bonds through open subscription among large number of potential investors.
