Uzpromstroybank places shares for 152bn soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Open joint stock commercial bank “Uzbek industrial and construction bank” (Uzpromstroybank) fully placed an emission of shares for total sum of over 152 billion soums.
As reported earlier, the Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered a prospectus of emission of the Uzbek bank on 2 August 2012.
According to the announcement of the bank, Uzpromstroybank fully placed 54,578,100 ordinary shares (100%) with nominal value of 2,785 soums on 29 July 2013.
