In 2014-2016, Uzpromstroybank is planning to increase its charter capital by US$152.2 million in order to execute presidential resolution “On additional measures on increasing charter capital of Open joint stock commercial bank “Uzbek industrial-construction bank” from 23 May 2014.

Currently, the charter capital of Uzpromstroybank is 372 billion soums. The bank plans to increase it up to 542 billion soums by the end of 2014 and to 741.9 billion soums by the beginning of 2016.

The formation of banking resources via capitalization will help to further development and expansion of clientele base, quality services and increase trust of population to banking system.
