According to the decision of the shareholders, Uzmetkombinat will direct 1.115 billion soums to reserve fund and 1.711 billion soums for dividends payment.

In particular, the company will direct 1.672 billion soums for payment of dividend on ordinary share and 38.8 million soums on preferential stock.

As earlier reported, the company will pay 42.76 soums per each ordinary and preferential share. Total number of shares, on which the enterprise pays dividends, makes up 39,106,272 ordinary shares and 906,420 preferential shares.

Net income for 19.467 billion soums were directed for developing the plant, of which 18.845 billion soums to charter capital of the enterprise with further capitalization.

Shareholders kept retained dividends for 10.427 million soums for 2005 at the disposal of Uzmetkombinat.
