The Center for Coordination and Control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered a prospectus of emission.

In line with the prospectus of emission, the company will issue 40,155,778 shares, of which 39,249,358 are ordinary and 906,420 preferred stocks. The par value of shares is 3,800 soums. Total volume of the issue is about 152.592 billion soums.

Shares of the emission will be placed on closed subscription among shareholders through replacement of old shares to new stocks with higher par value.
