The event, which took place in one of professional colleges of Kitab district (Kashkadarya region), members of Council and youth winger of UzLiDeP, students discussed role and place of political parties in development of civil society and modernization of Uzbekistan.

Besides, the participants considered issues on increasing social-political activity of youth and its intellectual opportunities, attraction of youth in entrepreneurship activity and tasks of the youth wing of the party for implementation of this direction.

Representative of UzLiDeP youth wing Abdurazzoq Kengbaev said: “Currently, there are several problems related with work of party with youth. For past year, regional councils of political parties did not presented any idea and programme related with youth. But nobody should forget that MPs are responsible for solving these problems.”

Participants criticized activities of political parties. They noted that parties did not organize meetings with students at colleges and political parties should be more active in working with youth.
