The company said that it registered prospectus of emission at the Center for coordinating and controlling over functioning of securities market of Uzbekistan.

According to the prospectus of emission, the company will issue 13,078,400 ordinary shares with par value of 11,063 soums each. Total volume of the issue is 141,686,339,200 soums.

The shares of the emission will be placed on closed subscription among shareholders through replacement of ordinary shares with par value of 10,000 soums to new shares with nominal value of 11,063 soums.

The difference between par value of new and old shares will be paid due to undistributed net income of the company of previous years at the size of 13.902 billion soums.
