UZINFOCOM, NIPA officials hold discussions in Uzbek capital
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
On 5 August, the Center UZINFOCOM hosted a meeting with the delegation of the National Agency for the Promotion of Information Technologies of the Republic of Korea (NIPA).
The meeting was organized within the framework of pre-study for the development of terms of reference for the creation of the Unified Register of individuals and legal entities of Uzbekistan.
The Center UZINFOCOM said that the guests expressed interest n identifying projects for the Center.
The Uzbek side briefed the Korean side about its projects such as ID.uz: Status, data protection and other projects
They discussed issues of binding to other existing identification systems and various related aspects.
The sides agreed to continue to hold consultations on issues related to user identification for public services.
