The company said that net income of Uzgeoburneftegaz made up 15.63 billion soums in 2010.

Shareholders of the company directed 0.22% of net income or 33.858 million to payment of dividends on ordinary shares and 25.17% or 3.933 billion soums to payment of dividends for preferential shares.

At the same time, the company will pay 250 soums of dividends per ordinary share and 1,330 soums per each preferential share. Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 2,957,451 ordinary и 135,434 preferential shares.

Uzgeoburneftegaz will direct 328.583 million soums (2.1% of net income) to reserve fund and 352.22 million soums (2.25%) to the Fund for Construction and Purchase of Habitation.

Shareholders issued 122.04 million soums to finance expenses on treatment of J.K. Gaziev (0.78% of net income).

Uzgeoburneftegaz kept 10,86 billion soums or 69.48% of net income, which will be used to capitalization of the charter capital.

Uzgeoburneftegaz conducts exploration works, exploration and development drilling of oil and gas well.
