The delegation included heads of Malaysian companies, working in various sectors of economy, the press service said.

The association presented information on activity of Uzeltehsanoat and its enterprises, investment climate and opportunities on doing business in Uzbekistan.

The Malaysian side presented information on activities of the companies, plans on developing business activities in Uzbekistan and the Central Asian region.

During the negotiations, the sides exchanged opinions on possibilities of establishing mutual beneficial cooperation between Uzbek and Malaysian businesses in Uzbekistan in electrotechnical sphere, including organization of electronical products in Uzbekistan, including in Navoi free industrial and economic zone.

The sides agreed to continue to exchange opinions at the working level.
