According to the audited balance sheet of the company, net revenue of the company grew from 83.28 billion soums to 103.69 billion soums in the reporting period. The prime cost rose from 59.46 billion soums to 75.127 billion soums.

Gross income of the company made up 28.565 billion soums in 2011 against 23.92 billion soums in 2010, the report said.

At the same time, the expenses of the venture rose from 13.36 billion soums in 2010 to 18.07 billion soums in 2011.

Assets of Uzelektroapparat-Elektroshield grew from 56.48 billion soums in 2010 to 78.92 billion soums in 2011. Long-term assets rose from 9.725 billion soums to 11.999 billion soums in the reporting period. Current assets rose from 46.75 billion soums in 2010 to 66.924 billion soums in 2011.

Own capital hit 28.776 billion soums in 2011 comared to 21.716 billion soums. The charter capital exceeded 868.771 million soums. Undistributed income rose from 17.18 billion soums to 24.23 billion soums in the reporting period.

Liabilities grew from 34.76 billion soums in 2010 to 50.148 billion soums in 2011, the report of the company said.

History of Uzelektroapparat-Elektroshield starts from 1941, when Elektrostanok has been evacuated from Kharkov to Tashkent. In 1946, Elektrostanok and Tokov Vysokoy Chastoti has been merged to Tashkent Electrotechnical Plant.

Tashkent Electrotechnical Plant has been reorganized into Tashelektroapparat JV and Uzelektroapparat JV OJSC in 2000. These two enterprises entered to the Elektroshit TM Samara Group under the name of Uzelektroapparat-Elektroshield.

The enterprise produces electrotechnical equipment and offers its services on designing electrotechnical part of projects, etc.
