Uzbektourism warns Uzbek citizens on hazardous air in Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbektourism recommended citizens of Uzbekistan, heading to Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia, to take into account unfavourable ecologic situation in the countries, which is caused by forest fires in Sumatra and Kalimantan.

As of 27 October, air pollution in some cities of Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia reached from 150 to 800 points on Pollutant Standards Index (PSI). It is worth to mention that the level of 100 points is harmful for health of people.

According to forecast of local meteorological service, the strong haze can stay in the countries for a long period of time.
