As earlier reported, Uzbektelecom opened six new sales offices in Tashkent city, Tashkent region, Samarkand region, Jizzakh region and Navoi city on 17 August 2011. At the centers, clients can receive complex of services from fixed telephony, internet services, fixed and mobile communication of CDMA-450 standards.
Director-general of the Uzbek Agency for Communication and Informatin Hakim Muhitdinov participated at the opening of new offices.
He said that Uzbektelecom will open 50 sales offices on “one-stop-shop” principle across Uzbekistan this year and 26 of them will be opened by 1 September 2011.
At all sales offices, subscribers can receive consultations, information materials, familiarize with equipment, as well as sign and pay agreements.
Earlier, subscribers of Uzbektelecom should visit separate office to receive services of fixed telephony, Internet, mobile communication and others. Now, subscribers should just visit one of the new offices. The new offices will offer technical services as well.
Uzbektelecom renders services under three trademarks — UZTELECOM™, UZMOBILE™ and UZONLINE™.
Under the general trademark UZTELECOM and slogan – National Operator, the company renders traditional services for retail sector and full-range of services for operators in internal and international markets.
UZMOBILE trademark is designed for complex of mobile and stationary telecommunication serviced on the base of CDMA-450 standard.
UZONLINE trademark will promote telecommunication service of new generation for retail sector – services based on IP-technologies such as IP-telephony, IPTV, universal payment cards, and others.
In near future, it is planned to open new sales office, Uzbektelecom said.
