Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The signed road map to expand cooperation between the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) and Uzbekneftegaz JSC sets the task of establishing relations in training personnel and exchanging experience between employees.

In order to ensure the implementation of this road map, at the end of April this year, a group of SOCAR employees working with personnel visited Uzbekneftegaz. During the visit, a meeting was organized between employees of SOCAR and the management of Uzbekneftegaz and representatives of the HR department.

The companies exchanged views on work with personnel, selection, training, promotion of personnel and exchange of experience.

At the meeting, it was noted that the road map signed between the companies is of great importance in the development of bilateral cooperation.

Also, employees of the Azerbaijani company visited a branch of the Russian State University of Oil and Gas named after I.M. Gubkin in the city of Tashkent, the Bukhara College of the Oil and Gas Industry and the Bukhara Oil Refinery. During the visits, the specialists received answers to their questions about the ongoing work with the staff.

In May, another group of SOCAR employees is expected to visit Uzbekneftegaz JSC.
