Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- According to the signed "Roadmap" to expand cooperation between the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan "SOCAR" and JSC "Uzbekneftegaz", the task was to establish relations on training personnel, exchange of experience between employees.

In order to ensure the implementation of this Roadmap, at the beginning of May this year, another group of SOCAR employees working with personnel visited Uzbekneftegaz JSC.

During the visit, a meeting was organized between SOCAR employees and the management of Uzbekneftegaz JSC and representatives of the HR department.

The companies exchanged views on organizational development and normalization of personnel, work with personnel, selection, training, evaluation and stimulation of personnel, as well as the exchange of experience.

At the meeting, it was noted that the Road Map signed between the companies is of great importance in the development of bilateral cooperation.

Also, employees of the Azerbaijani company visited the Shurtan Gas Chemical Complex, Uzbekistan GTL. During the meetings, the specialists received answers to their questions on the ongoing work with the personnel.

It should be recalled that within the framework of cooperation in early April of this year, the 1st group of SOCAR employees visited the enterprises of Uzbekneftegaz JSC.
