Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- With the participation of representatives of Uzbekneftegaz and the US bank JPMorgan & Chase Bank, a regular meeting was organized to develop cooperation and further expand contacts on financing joint projects.

Initially, representatives of the bank were acquainted with the current state and achieved results of projects implemented by Uzbekneftegaz in a number of areas, such as transformation, gas production.

JPMorgan & Chase Bank also provided information on the risks of lending projects, the EKA (Export Credit Agencies) lending process for project financing and international financial markets.

Representatives of the US Bank expressed their opinion on the trade financing of projects implemented by Uzbekneftegaz and agreed to accelerate this project. Negotiations were also held with representatives of foreign banks on hedging and risk reduction in financial assets.

The meeting also discussed financial instruments offered by the bank for projects implemented by Uzbekneftegaz.
