Production of vehicle petroleum rose by 4.7%, aviation kerosene by 21.4%, oil bitumen by 9.3% and liquefied gas by 20% and gas sulfur by 27.5%.

The company is continuing work on construction of facilities to utilize associated gases.

Uzbekneftegaz is working on increasing production of liquefied gas, including due to use of full capacity of the third and fourth propane-butane mixture equipment at Shortan gas station.

It is expected that the company is planning to launch production of aviation kerosene Jet A-1 in 2009. Currently, Uzbekistan produces aviation kerosene TS-1.
