Gas condensate production was up 7.9% to 786,900 tonnes, but oil production dropped 9.3% to 814,300 tonnes.
Gasoline production grew 10.5% to 541,600 tonnes, kerosene production was up 26.7% to 136,100 tonnes, diesel production rose 11.9% to 426,800 tonnes, heating oil production increased 19.9% to 213,500 tonnes and petroleum asphalt production climbed 13.5% to 70,500 tonnes, while production of liquefied petroleum gas fell, by 0.2% to 87,500 tonnes.
Liquids production grew 2.5% in 2008 to 4.808 million tonnes, including 2.256 million tonnes of condensate, up 17.1%, but 2.525 million tonnes of oil, down 15%.
