Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In June 2022, the Uzbekistan GTL complex launched the production of synthetic liquid fuel products, which are daily supplied to consumers through exchange trading at the Uzbekistan Commodity Exchange (UZEX).

Diesel fuel of Uzbekistan GTL is a modern high-quality fuel that meets European quality standards. GTL diesel, which fully complies with the requirements of the EURO-6 standard, is the first synthetic fuel in Uzbekistan and the CIS countries with excellent performance and environmental characteristics.

The plant Uzbekistan GTL was transferred to full operation, production volumes are gradually increasing, including a further increase in production of finished products is planned due to the launch of the second stage of the plant in November of this year .

Currently, the plant produces an average of 1,500 tons of synthetic diesel fuel per day, and in November, taking into account the commissioning of the second stage of the plant, the volume of fuel production will increase to an average of 3,000 tons per day.

Due to the increase in production volumes, a reduction in the cost of production is achieved.

In order to ensure the supply of Uzbekneftegaz to domestic consumers of Uzbekistan of high-quality and environmentally friendly diesel fuel, starting from 31 October, a reduction in the starting price of one tonne of synthetic diesel fuel supplied to the auction through UZEX, up to 12,998,420 soums.

In the future, due to the increase in the volume of products manufactured by the plant, its cost and, accordingly, its starting prices at exchange auctions will be gradually reduced.

THe price reduction is considered the third in the last three months. From 29 August, the starting price for 1 ton of synthetic diesel fuel was reduced from 15,550,500 soums to 14,504,378 soums, and then from 13 September – to 13,897,110 soums.

Currently, synthetic diesel fuel is put up for exchange auctions at a starting price of 9,930 soums per liter.

The incomparable purity of GTL-fuel and its high efficiency significantly increase the productivity and technical characteristics of the equipment.

Fuel of Uzbekistan GTL has been tested in certified centers of the Swiss group "SGS" in Belgium, Estonia and France.

GTL diesel is ideal for models of passenger cars and trucks running on Euro-4 fuel and higher, as well as overall and special vehicles with diesel engines of both domestic and foreign production.
