General shareholders’ meeting of Uzbekkomir decided to pay 24 soums of dividends per each ordinary share for 2011.

Total number of ordinary shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 2,749,982 units, the company said.

Shareholders also decided to pay 2,500 soums of dividends per each preferred stock for 2011.

Total number of ordinary shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 147,105 units, the company said.
