KOTFA-2018 is one of the largest international tourism exhibitions in the Asian region. Over 800 exhibits from 70 countries took part in the exhibition.

Uzbekistan presented history, culture and tourism potential. The pavilion decorated in the national style aroused great interest among numerous visitors. Through colorful videos, booklets and publications, information was provided on the historical, cultural and architectural heritage of Uzbekistan, the services of the national air carrier, the created infrastructure for tourists, and the opportunities of the republic in the field of tourism.

During the four-day work of the exhibition, specialists of Uzbekistan Airways held more than 50 working meetings with representatives of the Korean tourist industry in order to ensure the loading of regular flights of Uzbekistan Havo Yollari on the Seoul-Tashkent route and increase the tourist flow between South Korea and Uzbekistan. Particular attention was paid to development of medical, recreational, historical and educational tourism between the two states.

In general, national stand of Uzbekistan during the exhibition was visited by about 4,000 people - representatives of local travel companies, media, advertising agents, travel business professionals, ordinary citizens of South Korea and nearby countries.
