Uzbekistan’s Vida Verde Pharm Receives GMP Certification, Strengthening Its Global Outlook

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbek pharmaceutical company Vida Verde Pharm has officially obtained certification of compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards — one of the world’s most recognized benchmarks for the quality and safety of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical production.

The GMP certification confirms that the company’s manufacturing processes meet strict international requirements covering every stage of production — from raw material sourcing to packaging and storage.

“GMP is more than a market requirement for us — it’s a strategic foundation for sustainable growth in the global arena,” said Umidjon Rakhmatullaev, founder and owner of Vida Verde Pharm. “Our aim is to show that high-quality, internationally compliant products can be manufactured right here in Uzbekistan.”

International Reach and Compliance

Vida Verde Pharm already exports its products to the United States, Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, and Kyrgyzstan. The company previously received certification under ISO 9001 and ISO 22000, as well as HALAL certification and FDA registration in the U.S., reflecting its commitment to international standards of quality, traceability, and safety.

With the GMP certification in place, the company plans to further expand into new markets, including the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

General Manager Javokhir Khusanov emphasized that the certification opens new opportunities for both contract manufacturing and long-term partnerships with international distributors, especially in markets where GMP compliance is a legal requirement.

Vida Verde Pharm specializes in the production of medical drugs and nutraceuticals in solid oral dosage forms, including tablets, hard capsules, and sachets. The company’s facility is equipped with modern manufacturing systems and adheres to cleanroom protocols, automated quality control, and a full batch traceability system.

Its flexible production model allows for in-house product development as well as third-party contract manufacturing.
