Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan’s Olympic team will hold friendly matches against Egypt’s Olympic team in June.

According to the press service of the Uzbekistan Football Association, Lyubinko Drulovich’s sides will hold two friendly meetings with Egypt - in Andijan on 9 June and in Namangan on 11 June.

The Olympic team of Uzbekistan is preparing for the final stage of the Asian Championship, which will be held in January next year in Thailand.

In the upcoming tournament, the teams that took the first three places will be eligible to participate in the Olympic Games in Tokyo in 2020.
