Phone Imports to Uzbekistan Exceed 900,000 Units in Two Months

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — According to the National Statistics Committee, Uzbekistan imported 909,951 mobile phones from 13 foreign countries during January and February 2026, totaling a value of US$175.4 million.

This figure represents an increase of 357,400 units, or 64.7%, compared to the same period of last year.

The primary suppliers of mobile devices were China with 704,353 units, Vietnam with 183,996 units, India with 12,572 units, the Republic of Korea with 4,924 units, the Kyrgyz Republic with 1,923 units, Indonesia with 1,582 units, and other countries providing the remaining 601 units.
