The bank said that the Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered emission prospectus of Kapitalbank on 15 December 2010.

Within the additional emission, the bank is planning to place 1 million shares with par value of 10,000 soums each. Total emission volume makes up 10 billion soums.

In line with the prospectus, the shares of this emission will be placed on open subscription among unlimited number of investors.

Kapitalbank open joint stock commercial bank was founded in 2011. Currently, the bank has nine branches and wide network of service offices, which render full-range of banking services to individuals and legal entities.
