Jamoliddin Masharipov opened the score on 3 minutes. Sardar Rakhmonov recorded a brace, netting on 13 and 29 minutes of the game. Abbosbek Makhstaliev netted the fourth goal of Uzbekistan.

In the second half, Bakhtiyor Ashurmatov’s side could not score any goals. Alisher Shogulomov received red card on 55 minutes of the match, but 14 minutes later Bangladesh’s Rayyen was sent off as well.
