A delegation of Uzbekistan led by Vice-Premier and Minister Minister of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trade Elyor Ganiev arrived in Turkmenistan to participate in the meeting.

Nokerguly Ataguliev, Minister of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations of Turkmenistan, headed the delegation of Turkmenistan.

According to the Turkmen State News Agency of Turkmenistan (TDH), the sides underlined steady growth of trade turnover between two states. They stressed the importance of further expanding the range of products and increasing their mutual supplies, as well as creating new joint ventures.

On the same day, the delegation of Uzbekistan held negotiations at the government and ministries of Turkmenistan, where the sides discussed prospects of bilateral cooperation in key areas.
