Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - A training course for triathlon trainers from leading experts from Russia will be held in Tashkent from 13 to 18 January 2020.

Experts in triathlon and sports medicine will share their experience and talk in detail about techniques in swimming, cycling and running. Students of the training course will be able to increase their level of competence and learn new skills for further application in practice.

Any athlete knows that without a good professional coach it is impossible to achieve victory. Coaches are the foundation of any sport, its foundation is what sport stands on. It is also no secret that trainers and themselves need training, a constant exchange of knowledge, and the search for the most relevant professional information. Our course was created just for this. It will be useful for practicing trainers, and for everyone who has just begun to think about the beginning of a coaching career and is seriously interested in the triathlon.
