Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan has conceptually reviewed and approved in the first reading a draft law that exempts insurers from paying state duty fees for claims related to mandatory insurance.
The draft law proposes amendments to the Law "On State Duty," which would relieve insurers, insured persons, beneficiaries, and victims from the obligation to pay duty fees when filing claims arising from mandatory insurance contracts.
Deputies noted that the adoption of this draft law will create more favorable conditions for consumers by simplifying the process of seeking legal recourse for issues related to mandatory insurance.
