In the result of the draw, Vadim Abramov’s side was drawn into Group A of the last qualification round of the FIFA 2014 World Cup.

In the final stage, Uzbekistan will face South Korea, Iran, Qatar and Lebanon.

Uzbekistan will play its first match against Iran on 3 June at home and five days it will play away game against Lebanon.

On 11 September Uzbekistan will host South Korea and 16 October will face Qatar in an away match.

Uzbekistan will play against Iran on 14 November and Lebanon on 26 March 2013. South Korea will be next opponent on 11 June 2013. Last of the match will be held between Uzbekistan and Qatar (18 June 2013).
