The exhibition will take place from 20 September to 10 October 2012 in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan.

The Government of Uzbekistan adopted a resolution “On measures on organization of work of national pavilion of Uzbekistan at the International fair of consumer goods, produced in the member states of the CIS, in Ashgabat (Turkmenistan)”.

The document was adopted for further promoting locally made goods in the CIS markets, stimulating attraction of foreign investments into economy of Uzbekistan, as well as taking into account level of bilateral relations with Turkmenistan.

The Government entrusted Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investment and Trade of Uzbekistan and UzExpoCenter to coordinate preparation events and organization of national pavilion of Uzbekistan.

Such industries as machinery, electrotechnical sector, food industry, light industry, construction materials, consumer goods industry will present their products at the exhibition.

Uzbekistan national pavilion will also present information on economy, export potential and investment policy of the country.

Over 110 companies and organizations from Uzbekistan will participate at the fair. Among them are Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan, enterprises of Uzavtosanoat, Uzstroymateriali, Uzbekyengilsanoat, Uzvinpromholding, and others.
