Korean North-Eastern Music Institute organized the festival, while Ministry of Culture, Sport and Tourism and Fund for Development of traditional art of Korea sponsored the event.

Musicians from Korea, Uzbekistan, China and Mongolia will participate in the joint concert.

The event is organized to attract attention to song Arirang through Korean and Uzbek music, etc.

The concert will be held at Arirang elders house in Tashkent region on 4 December and State Conservatory of Uzbekistan on 5 December 2013.
